Joe Niehaus and Zaki Saleh Join LMI’s Senior Leadership Team

Tysons, Va. – LMI has promoted Joe Niehaus to senior vice president of the logistics service line and welcomes Zaki Saleh as senior vice president of the health & civilian market.

Joe has more than 23 years of experience in logistics consulting. Since joining LMI in 2021, he has led the supply chain management subservice line, leveraging his extensive leadership skills to manage people and deliver solutions across the federal market. Prior to LMI, Joe was SAIC’s vice president of solution development for logistics & sustainment. He has demonstrated success developing and executing business plans and has experience driving the logistics growth strategy with a focus on talent, technology, and process improvement to ensure mission success. Joe leverages his deep domain knowledge in readiness, sustainment, resiliency, and solution building, bringing data analytics and digital techniques to the logistics practice.

Zaki brings over 20 years of experience developing executable strategies, achieving profitable growth, and inspiring cultural change for leading federal and defense information technology companies. He joins LMI from Peraton, where he most recently served as vice president and general manager of its global health business unit. In this role, Zaki led over 1,200 employees and drove strategic growth initiatives for enterprise IT, cloud, DevSecOps, electronic health record implementation, data analytics, and cyber solutions and services for government healthcare customers. At LMI, he will continue to address our nation’s critical healthcare and federal civilian missions.
