Tysons, VA— LMI, a leading provider of management consulting services, has been awarded a $16.4 million contract to continue supporting Department of Defense (DoD) Innovative Readiness Training (IRT) along with other elements of the Civil-Military Programs (CMP) portfolio. Under this contract, LMI provides support services to the IRT program for training, operations, financial management, governance, strategic engagement and communications, asset management, and digital services to enhance CMP initiatives.

CMP helps bridge the gap between the U.S. military and civilian populations by providing training opportunities for military units and delivering services to American communities in need. LMI enhances and maintains the customized ServiceNow-based, platform-as-a-service IRT Portal, supporting applications for civil-military partnerships and tracking budgetary funding requests and mission data. For the overarching CMP portfolio, LMI facilitates audit readiness and programmatic decision-making by monitoring and analyzing financial transactions, supporting coordination, providing strategic advisory services, and developing reports for the DoD STARBASE and National Guard Youth Challenge Program (NGYCP) programs. LMI’s governance subject matter experts support DoD instruction policy and related procedures.
