Ryan Stem
Sr. Consultant, Project Management
Ryan Stem is an accomplished project manager with 12 years of professional experience, primarily in the IT industry. He began as an application and software developer before transitioning into a business systems analyst role and then to project management and software architecture. For most of his career, Ryan has supported or worked for the United States Postal Service, managing large-scale and highly visible applications in an agile-focused, hybrid environment. He has managed teams ranging from five members to nearly 100 people. He develops strong working relationships with his customers as well as the teams he supports. Ryan specializes in managing complex co-located teams and budgets; improving processes; vetting functional and technical requirements with development, analyst, and test teams; creating user stories; executing testing (production and non-production); supporting production; and developing software and technical architecture. He supports the Department of Veterans Affairs program initiative addressing issues with the Employee Health Record Modernization effort.
Ryan has a bachelor’s in computer information systems from Wilkes University.
