Ryan Loving
Vice President, Business Development
As a U.S. Army veteran and executive leader with 20 years of industry experience, Ryan brings a disciplined approach to business development, coupled with project delivery expertise, to drive market growth. He is well-known for his knowledge of federal health IT requirements, specializing in operational medicine, electronic health records implementation, cybersecurity, and business systems modernization. Ryan has led contract execution and new business development portfolios focused on digital modernization and excellence in delivery.
Prior to LMI, Ryan headed business development for the military and veteran health organization at Leidos, where he supported a portfolio encompassing the largest active military health IT contract (the DoD Healthcare Management System Modernization Military Health System GENESIS program) and nearly $500 million in other military health contracts. With his experience in identifying and managing pipelines for multiple large businesses, Ryan is credited for winning nearly $2 billion in revenue in addition to his success with project execution, leading a profit and loss portfolio of $68 million per year. Ryan spent over 14 years at GDIT, where he was a deputy program manager and senior program director before becoming account lead for the military health business development team.
Ryan has a bachelor’s in information systems management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and several certifications in leadership and project management.
