LMI Selected as 2020 U.S. Postal Service Supplier Performance Award Winner

LMI’s long-term partnership with the USPS set the stage for combining the delivery of high-quality industry best practices with USPS-specific knowledge, flexibility, and innovation as well as a deep-seated passion for the organization’s current and future success.

LMI’s varied services include project, program, and portfolio management expertise, tools, and processes, fostering innovation and improved program performance in support of the postmaster general’s Get It Right strategic portfolio of initiatives. LMI is optimizing USPS routes and networks across the country and working with the Office of Sustainability to help USPS meet its 2030 goals for energy, water, and greenhouse gas reductions.
In addition, LMI supplies ad hoc services throughout USPS, focusing on smart investments, revenue generation, and cost reductions. These efforts include recommendations for technology business management, return on investment analysis, business process improvement, training, technical writing, modeling, and fraud detection.
