Brian Tonge

Brian has nearly 15 years of experience leading enterprise and organizational transformation initiatives. He helps leaders assess, design, and improve approaches that enhance business performance and outcomes, specializing in the adoption of tailored analytic tools.

Brian has led numerous enterprise restructuring engagements, established in-house analytic capabilities and centers of excellence, and redesigned business models with a focus on enterprise agility. He is well-versed in leveraging enterprise data to improve clients’ decision-making and operating models.

Brian is LMI’s liaison to the University of Virginia (UVA). He plays an integral role in advancing the mission of the LMI Research Institute at UVA to spur innovation and offer academic rigor in support of LMI's federal clients.

Brian holds a bachelor’s in finance from George Washington University and a master’s in business administration from UVA’s Darden School of Business.
