Under a Federal Systems Integration and Management Center managed TO, LMI provides the United States Border Patrol’s (USBP) PMOD with integrated program management, engineering, and technical solutions across six portfolios, supporting the acquisition, deployment, and sustainment of border security capabilities, technologies, and systems from project initiation through closeout. Our comprehensive solution combines LMI’s tools, methods, and expert institutional knowledge (along with those of our subcontractors) to increase enterprise-wide integration; help USBP meet requirements and execute projects on schedule and within budget; ensure transparent and effective communications to USBP stakeholders; and give executive management personnel timely, complete, and accurate information to make informed decisions.

LMI supports all programmatic and program management elements of the SMART Scholarship for Service Program, established in 2006 by Congress and sponsored by the Department of Defense (DoD). SMART provides academic funding to undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students who have demonstrated ability and special aptitude in STEM fields. LMI successfully manages and supports SMART across its four fundamental areas—program administration, finance, outreach and promotion, and information technology—to create and retain a DoD pipeline of civilian scientists, engineers, and researchers to support timely, efficient, and sustained delivery of modern warfighting capability.

Since 2018, LMI has provided comprehensive EPS support to USPS for program management initiatives spanning all major USPS functional areas. With over 60 FTEs supporting 20 terms of service agreements, LMI leverages its deep understanding of USPS organization and culture to deliver operational efficiencies using industry standards in support of the Department of Foreign Affairs’ 10-year plan. Team LMI’s strengths and qualifications in USPS EPS support are illustrated by our multiple Supplier Performance Awards in both 2020 and 2021.

The FPS is a federal law enforcement agency under the Department of Homeland Security that provides protection and physical security activities at more than 9,500 federal facilities to ensure the Federal Government functions securely. LMI provides specialized consulting support services to assist FPS in achieving critical operational integration of new or improved programs and processes across the organization and related support. The contract specified support in the following six task areas:

FDA Integrated Services BPA
The FDA Integrated Services (IS) contract is a multi-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the FDA to support the following task areas: Training Support Services; Learning Management System (LMS) Support; Program and Project Management; Human Capital Management (e.g. leadership development, coaching, agile coaching, agile organizational development, agile organizational development, performance improvement services, workforce planning, and change management); and Strategic Communications Services. FDA Integrated Services assesses and improves agency capabilities; develops individual and team talents and skillsets; identifies strategic alignment to ensure mission effectiveness; enhances collaborative communities to enhance organizational structure, and identifies and plans for desired organizational development.
