LMI Promotes Scott Recinos to Vice President of the Homeland Security Market

Homeland SecurityTysons, Va. – LMI today promoted Scott Recinos to vice president of its homeland security market. Recinos had served as LMI’s director of Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) efforts since 2017 and has over 20 years of experience working with federal clients.

As vice president, Recinos executes LMI’s service offerings, including digital and analytic solutions, logistics, and management advisory services across the intelligence and homeland security markets. In this new role, Recinos will be tasked with uncovering customers’ current and emerging needs, staying abreast of new developments in the national security space, developing effective ways to support the National Security Strategy, and fostering customer and partner relationships.

Recinos holds a bachelor’s and master’s in civil engineering from Virginia Tech.
