
Dr. Linda Bixby leads a team dedicated to expanding LMI’s services and capabilities throughout the intelligence community, homeland security, federal law enforcement, and diplomacy agencies. She has supported the U.S. government and academia for more than 25 years in executive, management, operational, technical, and analytical positions.
Prior to joining LMI, Linda served in the U.S. government; as an executive at a Fortune 500 company; and at a small, woman-owned business as vice president of operations. She is a former associate professor and scholar in residence on the faculty at American University. Her publications and academic contributions include Domestic Danger, In Pursuit of Justice, Learning from History, and War-Time Slave and Forced Labor. She is the recipient of numerous U.S. government commendations.
Linda holds a leadership role with the Intelligence and National Security Alliance and is an active member of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association and National Defense Industrial Association. She earned a doctorate in history and completed her master’s studies at the Freie Universität Berlin. She obtained bachelor’s degrees in communications and German from the University of Arizona, and she is a certified Project Management Professional.
