Phil Hassell

Phil Hassell is a seasoned business development leader with a strong consultative approach who has experience in the management consulting, data analytics, satellite, geospatial intelligence, and IT enterprise markets. Over the last 19 years, he has supported a broad set of defense and federal clients by bringing complex, holistic solutions through teams of experts and partner companies. Phil has experience working with U.S. and international partners to win business in targeting systems, R&D funding for ruggedized soldier systems, and complex technical services, including winning funding from the Defense Acquisition Challenge Program in a competition with more than 400 submissions. Phil holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Virginia Tech.
