Milasy Mugnolo

Milasy Mugnolo leads the policy analysis and operations subservice line, providing policy and operations expertise and analytics solutions to support policy transformation, program integrity, regulatory compliance, and improved outcomes.

Milasy joined LMI in 2003 and brings 20 years of demonstrated subject matter expertise and leadership experience in strategy and transformation, employee enablement and engagement, governance and policy development and implementation, and operational effectiveness and efficiency. In her tenure at LMI, Milasy has managed policy and organizational improvement programs for the Department of the Army, National Aeronautics and Space Administration, and General Services Administration. In addition, Milasy led LMI’s HR corporate change initiatives, standing up an enterprise career path and leadership advancement approach and fostering a culture of empathy and resiliency during the pandemic. 

Milasy holds a master’s in organizational development from American University and a bachelor’s in government and politics from George Mason University. She is certified in human-centered design and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.
