Contested Logistics, Contested Logistics Decision Dominance

Join us on Thursday, February 6th, 2025, at LMI’s symposium, Contested Logistics – Data-Driven Agility for Logistics Decision Advantage where defense professionals will explore how advanced technologies are revolutionizing logistics decision-making in contested environments. This event will focus on how real-time data integration, AI, and predictive analytics are enhancing the speed, agility, and accuracy of logistics planning and execution to ensure operational superiority.

With a rapidly evolving defense landscape, logistics must adapt to meet the continuously evolving and increasing demands of modern warfare. Attendees will gain insights into how data-driven solutions like real-time sensor data and AI-enabled analytics are transforming decision-making across key logistics areas such as maintenance, supply, and transportation at both strategic and tactical levels.

This symposium will explore how these cutting-edge technologies support the critical integration of logistics systems for providing real-time visibility, overcoming data silos, and enabling agile, data-driven decision-making. Additionally, speakers will address the vital role of cybersecurity in securing logistics systems in contested and degraded environments. This symposium will empower defense professionals with actionable insights for modernizing their logistics operations, ensuring they remain resilient and responsive in increasingly complex and contested environments.

Keynote speakers, including Maj. Gen. Sanford, Director of Logistics Operations (J3) and Commander of Joint Regional Combat Support for the Defense Logistics Agency, will share their insights into how data dominance is reshaping military logistics strategies.  A series of expert panels will follow and include industry and military leaders who will discuss successful implementations of advanced technologies in logistics and how they’re preparing for future challenges. Our panel sessions will cover how to leverage the impacts of increasing data dominance for speed of logistics decisions to help modernize logistics at the strategic and tactical level for agility and dynamic decision making.

Don’t miss the opportunity to be part of this critical conversation shaping the future of defense logistics.
