Dr. Rachel Linares, a process improvement consultant, has over two decades of a successful career spanning multiple industries including government (local and federal), higher education, and manufacturing. She has significant consulting experience in a broad range of functions, including business process reengineering, change management, employee/customer experience, strategic planning, research, project management, and strategic marketing and communications. Her educational background includes:
• Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Liverpool
• MA in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky
• MA in International Relations from Webster University
Outside of LMI, Dr. Linares is an active member of the American Society for Quality, serving in leadership roles for the Government Division as well as the Center for Electoral Quality and Integrity. She is also a long-time volunteer with Boy Scouts of America, serving as Committee Chair and Den Leader for her local Cub Scout Pack, and as a Merit Badge Counselor for her local Scout Troop. She resides in Kentucky with her husband, Gino, and her two children, Adan and Eva.
