Patricia Birdseye

Patricia Birdseye leads organizational quality at LMI through a risk-based approach to implementing business processes. The Quality team maintains our ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification and CMMI-Dev ML3 Appraisal rating.
Patricia has more than 30 years of experience in the IT and service management industries, focusing on quality and continual improvement. She is a leader in designing and implementing quality practices that meet the needs of organizations. Patricia has led teams in achieving ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 27000, and AS9100 certifications and maintaining excellence. She has also worked with organizations committed to ensuring that defined practices are effectively executed, resulting in Maturity Level 3 appraisals for CMMI-Development and Services. Patricia earned her bachelor’s degree in finance from Marymount University. She is a certified Scrum Master.
