Linda is a high-energy, innovative, human-centered design certified, senior clinical/business process transformation leader, with proven success in driving initiatives achieving positive outcomes while controlling costs. She has over 15 years of management experience including analytics, marketing, training, skills alignment, and streamlining processes and systems.

Utilizing her outstanding healthcare and business acumen, Linda astutely navigates complex matrixed organizations. She easily adapts to changing priorities and effectively leads and collaborates with cross-functional teams to foster progress of organizational initiatives. Highly skilled in clinical analysis and implementation of new programs and processes, she can fast-track results of operational and financial performance. Linda is Six Sigma trained and received her bachelor’s degree in chemistry from St. Peter’s University, her master’s of social work from New York University, and her master’s in business administration from Rutgers University.
