Katherine Coles has over 20 years of comprehensive experience in enterprise-wide initiatives supporting organization performance, including employee engagement, strategic planning and strategy implementation, leadership development and coaching, diversity and inclusion program development and implementation, team development and performance, and change management.
Katherine is a subject matter expert on the influence of leaders and groups to build inclusive cultures, high-performing teams, and individual ownership of organizational goals. She uses adult learning principles for team and leadership training that expands awareness, capability, and organizational effectiveness. She is especially adept at designing and delivering interactive workshops customized to address specific client needs.
As an International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach, Katherine has coached new, executive, and mid-level leaders, attorneys, medical professionals, educators, and individual contributors. Katherine also holds certifications as a Certified Coach from the Coach Training Alliance, Certified Facilitator from the International Association for Public Participation, Facilitator Certification Program Master Trainer from Development Dimensions International, and a Change Management Certificate from Prosci Inc.
Katherine holds a bachelor’s in communications from Trinity Washington University and a master’s in organization development from American University.
