Jon Amis

Jon offers LMI’s customers practical industry expertise and thought leadership in supply chain risk management (SCRM) and cyber SCRM. His contributions build on a foundation of over 30 years of experience and leadership in manufacturing, distribution, and logistics.

Prior to joining the LMI team, Jon served with Dell Technologies for over 20 years in various cross-functional roles in process engineering, project management, and logistics strategy. He developed and led Dell’s Supply Chain Assurance Program from 2010 to 2020. Before joining Dell, he was an engineer for FedEx Ground. He is active in the Supply Chain Risk Leadership Council, the Software and Supply Chain Assurance Forum, and the Executive Mosaic 4×24 Secure Supply Chain Group. He represented Dell in numerous public-private partnerships and industry associations, including cochairing a work group for the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency Information and Communications Technology (CISA ICT) SCRM Task Force.

He is an Army veteran and earned a master’s and a bachelor’s in industrial engineering from the University of Louisville and a bachelor’s in systems engineering from the U.S. Military Academy.
