Clark Spencer
Vice President, Digital Solutions
Clark Spencer is vice president, digital solutions at LMI where he serves as an advisor to the Department of Defense’s Joint Health Risk Management Program (JHRM), as well as leads the United States Postal Service environmental, energy, and sustainability programs.
Clark has more than 25 years of experience in IT program management and digital solutions delivery for military and civilian agencies. He is an expert in all phases of federal contracting development and execution, as well as environmental, safety, and occupational health policy and programs. He is an innovative leader and hands-on technologist delivering mobile, Internet of Things (IoT), and sensor technologies for defense, health, and asset management programs.
Clark earned his bachelor’s degree in biology and psychology from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and master’s degree in environmental science and policy from the Johns Hopkins University. He received Executive Leadership training from The Center for Creative Leadership.
