Chris Hagner

Chris Hagner is a data analytics and software engineering professional with over two decades of experience serving the national security community. With technical expertise in big data, high-performance computing, cloud architectures, and cybersecurity, he brings a consistently practical and mission-oriented approach to his customers’ challenges. Prior to LMI, Chris was a managing director at Accenture Federal Services through its acquisition of Novetta in 2021. In his 21 years at Novetta and as a member of the executive leadership team, his roles ranged from owning profit, loss, and growth for a division of hundreds of employees to leading the development and positioning for a diverse portfolio of software products. Chris has an MBA from George Mason University and a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from Washington University in St. Louis. He graduated from Georgetown University’s Leadership Coaching program as well as its Organization Development program.
