Christine (Chrissy) leads a diverse practice of human, programmatic, scientific, and technological management consulting professionals. She is responsible for driving innovative and digitally enabled capabilities in the areas of business modernization, organizational transformation, workforce evolution and strategic analytics and insights, all to support a broad federal mission space.

Chrissy has previously served as vice president of policy analysis and operations and director of health management. In that role, she led LMI’s engagement with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), overseeing the integration of health policy expertise, analytics, and operational practices to help HHS programs foster effective, cost-efficient patient outcomes. Following the passage of the Affordable Care Act, she managed LMI’s monitoring, compliance, and oversight contract with the Medicare Shared Savings Program. An expert in health policy and alternative payment models, she served as a program manager overseeing support to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Chrissy joined LMI in 2010 and has provided consulting support to customers across the defense, homeland security, and health and civilian agencies.

Chrissy serves on several boards, all focused on the development of and care for the next generation of leaders. She serves on the board of Blessings in a Backpack, a nonprofit that mobilizes communities, individuals, and resources to provide food on the weekends for school-aged children across America who might otherwise go hungry. She is also on the Advisory Board for her alma matter, Longwood University’s College of Business & Economics where she brings her business experience to help the College develop and implement its mission and goals. Chrissy also serves as co-chair of the associate leadership council for the Junior Achievement of Greater Washington.

Chrissy has a bachelor’s in business and marketing from Longwood University and a master’s in public administration from George Mason University. She is also a certified Project Management Professional, scrum master, and human-centered design practitioner.
