Mr. Stottlemyer joined LMI’s board in 2015. He is the chief executive officer of Inova Health System’s Center for Personalized Health. Prior to leading Inova, Mr. Stottlemyer served as CEO and board member of Acentia, a private equity-backed information technology company. Mr. Stottlemyer’s experience in healthcare ranges from overseeing information technology; transformation and innovation; biomedical engineering; international business; legal administration and compliance; and foundation, community, and government relations.

Mr. Stottlemyer also served as president and chief executive officer and a member of the board of directors of the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB). In this capacity, Mr. Stottlemyer led the nation’s largest business association representing approximately 350,000 small businesses across the United States.

Mr. Stottlemyer serves as the board chair of the Northern Virginia Technology Council, United Bank, the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce, the Virginia Business Higher Education Council, Blue Delta Capital Partners, and Helping Children Worldwide. Mr. Stottlemyer also serves as rector of the board of visitors of the College of William & Mary, where he graduated with a B.A. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1991, graduating cum laude.
