Suzan Cengiz leads LMI’s Transformation Management Office. A seasoned executive leader, she possesses extensive background in in all aspects of managing and transforming business related to organizational design, merger and acquisition integration, business strategies and plans, functions for scale, large IT programs, proposal delivery, and business development.
Suzan has over 20 years of experience in the public services industry, including 15 years of managing programs that provide IT advisory services to federal CIOs. She also leverages nearly a decade of experience in organizational and operational change, including restructuring, establishing new functions, and transforming functions to achieve significant increases in revenue and profit. Suzan holds bachelor’s degrees in psychology and decision sciences and management information systems from George Mason University and a master’s degree in international policy and practice from George Washington University.
