Tysons, VA — LMI is pleased to announce that it has been selected as an awardee to provide Intelligent Automation/Artificial Intelligence (IAAI) solutions, services, and products to the U.S. government.
IAAI is a multiple-award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract run through the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Program Support Center (PSC). The vehicle is available to agencies across the federal government with a ceiling value of $49 million over a five-year period of performance.
“LMI has the exceptional ability to improve business processes and enable mission success for our federal customers,” said LMI’s Vice President for Health and Civilian Agency Markets, Pat Tamburrino Jr. “We look forward to expanding our presence within HHS as we support the Department’s vision to modernize the federal government while providing excellent customer service to the American public through reliable, high-quality services.”
HHS PSC seeks to leverage innovative technology solutions that will fundamentally change how the government operates, making it more efficient, agile, and sustainable. With IAAI, HHS and other federal agencies will have access to AI technologies and support services that include testing, evaluation, deployment, training, and sustainment of implemented solutions.
“Our government clients will be collaborative partners throughout the AI development lifecycle,” said Brant Horio, Director of LMI’s Data Science sub-service line. “We will leverage our best practices to rapidly and iteratively develop robust AI and machine learning solutions across all phases, including ideation, prototyping, validation, and continuous deployment and integration.”
“LMI offers innovative technology solutions to our Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and U.S. Food and Drug Administration clients, and we look forward to expanding to the broader HHS community,” said Whitney Owen, Director of LMI’s HHS market. “The combination of our healthcare policy knowledge with our ability to transform how the government works with cutting-edge IAAI tools offers HHS and other government agencies a packaged solution to improve healthcare, strengthen cybersecurity, reinforce infrastructure, and reduce costs.”
