LMI is pleased to announce that Donna Diederich joined the organization as its chief human resources officer (CHRO) on January 2, 2019. Ms. Diederich will oversee all aspects of LMI’s human resources organization, including its talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, learning, and talent management programs.

Her fresh insights and perspectives will be valuable in reaching our long-term talent goals.”
Ms. Diederich comes to LMI from Abt Associates, a global private services business, where she served as CHRO. She has more than 20 years of experience in senior human resources positions and leadership roles, including as senior vice president of CACI International’s human resources department and as vice president of human resources for the National Public Sector and Americas Region of DXC Technology (formerly CSC). Much of her experience was gained in progressive positions at Northrop Grumman Corporation.
“Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work in the government professional services business helping leaders and employees deliver on our mission by creating a thriving work environment and culture,” said Ms. Diederich. “I am excited to join LMI, and I look forward to learning about the great work our employees are doing and how I can help us take it to the next level.”
In addition to her extensive human resources background, Ms. Diederich has developed and executed organizational change, focused on the employee experience, and designed and delivered many learning programs. She has led organizations during times of transition and change. Her aptitude to foster an inclusive work environment while stimulating profitability and employee engagement has distinguished her as a leader within the human resources industry.
“Our employees are single-handedly the most important part of this organization,” said Dave Zolet, president and CEO of LMI. “We’re excited to have Ms. Diederich join our team as we continue to grow and invest in our people.” Ms. Diederich graduated from Missouri State University with a bachelor’s in psychology and a minor in business.
