Lee McCaleb is the chief architect for LMI’s Digital Services. He drives LMI’s strategy, innovation, and market focus for key services while spearheading technical and process integration with LMI’s other service lines. Since joining LMI in February 2019, Lee has focused on creating offerings, coordinating teams, and setting direction for LMI’s cyber and cloud business.
Lee’s passion for solving hard problems, driving technical innovation, and serving customers has guided him throughout his career across federal and commercial markets, domesitcally and internationally. Prior to joining LMI, Lee served at the lead business development engineer with federal systems integrators for data archive and cloud migration startup, Rubrik, Inc., where he was focused on programs, such as Defense Information Systems Agency’s milCloud® 2.0. He led the Converged Infrastructures Brand at CSC/CSRA and the CASES compute, storage, and networking task for the Office of the Director of National Intelligence while at Booz Allen Hamilton, and drove global content distribution systems design for major international media companies while at EMC Corporation. Early in his career, Lee managed shipboard systems at Royal Carribean and handled customer service at Walt Disney World. Supplying excellent service to customers and achieving mission success has remained a priority for Lee through his 30-year career.
Lee earned his bachelor’s degree in computer studies at the University of Maryland University College. He is a certified information systems security professional and a certified EMC technical architect.
