Kirk Dillon grows LMI’s National Security Programs portfolio, managing client relationships across the Intelligence Community (IC) as well as homeland security and federal law enforcement communities. Kirk previously served in LMI’s National Security Operations practice, overseeing multiple projects and acting as a senior operations adviser to an IC customer. He joined LMI in 2016 via the FourWinds acquisition, bringing more than 20 years of operational, analytical, and leadership experience.
Prior to entering the private sector, Kirk spent nine years in the U.S. Army, serving as an infantry soldier and intelligence collector. He is a veteran of Afghanistan. In 2007, Kirk left the Army to work as a senior intelligence analyst and project lead at BAE Systems until his arrival at Fourwinds in 2012.
Kirk holds a bachelor’s in criminology and criminal justice from the University of Maryland at College Park, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in project management from American InterContinental University, and an Executive MBA from the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business. He is a certified project management professional.
