Kellene Ecker

Kellene has spent more than two decades supporting intelligence and national security clients in analytical, operational, and leadership capacities. For LMI, she oversees customer relationships and business growth, project personnel and execution, and contract administration. Kellene also advises management teams of specialized intelligence programs on strategic planning, business process improvement, DEI&A guidance, stakeholder outreach, training, and research and analysis.

Kellene has nearly 30 years of experience spanning the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Prior to LMI, Kellene worked for Africare, the Africa-America Institute, and the Carter Center, where she developed and implemented specialized programs and supported public relations, community outreach, and resource development. Her areas of expertise are African politics, counterterrorism, and multilateral issues. Her work has also touched on foreign policy analysis, project development and implementation, and training and education.

Kellene holds a bachelor’s in international relations from Emory University and a master’s in international affairs from Florida State University. She is a certified human capital strategist, project management professional, and Lean Six Sigma practitioner. She participates in Executive Mosaic’s 4x24 Executive Leadership Series and the Intelligence and National Security Alliance’s Intelligence Champions Council.
