"I find at LMI a work environment that encourages me to pursue my highest aspirations. For my government clients, I learn their mission and operating environment thoroughly and then recommend ways they can use their strengths to do things in a more innovative way. Interactions with my clients are the highlight of my day. There is no greater joy than solving their hardest problems together. My many years of working in human capital, serving America in the military and as a consultant, have taught me patience and perseverance."
