Functional Category 2, Information Technology Support Services, spans the full range of business and technical management services, including IT policy and planning, capital planning, strategic planning, workforce planning, budget execution, performance management, enterprise architecture, data management, information sharing, information security, training, enterprise resource management, business process reengineering, IT transformation and strategy, organizational change management, and program management office support.

Army Program Management Support Services Three (PMSS3)

PMSS3 supports PEO EIS and related organizations in their varied missions and in command, control, and communications activities. The services are required by PEO EIS headquarters, directorates, and project and product offices. The purpose of PMSS3 is to provide the full range of program management support services, including advisory and acquisition consulting services, systems engineering and technical assistance, and incidental IT services. This contract enables the government to augment staff on support services that exceed organic capabilities.

Defense Logistics Services (LOGS) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA)

The LOGS BPA is designed to provide a broad range of logistics support to ASD L&MR, as well as other DoD components with logistical needs. The BPA provides expertise to support all aspects of DoD logistics operations, including policy development, analysis, monitoring and advisory support.
