LMI today announced its participation in National Disability Employment Awareness Month, an annual awareness campaign that takes place each October. The purpose of National Disability Employment Awareness Month is to raise awareness about disability employment issues and celebrate the many and varied contributions of America's workers with disabilities.

This year marks not only the 75th observance of NDEAM but also the 30th anniversary of the ADA. Throughout the month, we'll be engaging in a variety of activities to educate our employees and our community on issues related to disability employment and the role that we all play in fostering a disability-friendly work culture.
