Merrill Harmison

Merrill Harmison is a health policy consultant in the DC area. Her knowledge of healthcare policy and market access creates value for customers through analytics and data-driven decision-making as well as development and implementation of new regulatory policies. She supports Centers for Medicare & Medicaid operations and policy in implementing the Medicare Shared Savings Program. 
In her previous work, she provided strategic support to a variety of healthcare sectors and stakeholders, including provider advocacy groups, pharmaceutical manufacturers, payers and pharmacy benefit managers, and drug supply chain distributors. 
 

Merrill has a bachelor’s in public health from the College of William & Mary. Her research interests include health policy and reform, mitigating health disparities due to social determinants of health, physician financial decision-making, and value-based care.
