Blake is a health policy consultant specializing in data analysis and applying digital solutions to policy problems. His work at LMI includes policy development, analysis, and implementation. Primarily focused on health policy, he has been deeply involved with the analysis and operations supporting the implementation of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ Medicare Shared Savings Program. He is currently pursuing a master’s in public health from Johns Hopkins and holds a bachelor’s in health policy and management from UNC Chapel Hill. His interests include health reform, health economics, and the transition to value-based care.
